  • Combat fluid retention: its diuretic effect is also useful to prevent fluid retention and edema. In addition, it favors organic purification.

How to make an infusion

Horsetail is eaten fresh or dried, and you can find it in different presentations in herbal stores. Whatever, its effects will be the same. Of course, its preparation may vary depending on which presentation you choose:

Fresh: boil 30 to 50 g for every liter of water. It makes you 2 or 3 cups a day.

Dry: boil 10 to 20 g per liter of water. Makes 2 to 3 cups daily.
