How to prepare it at home

- 300 ml whole milk
- 250g butter
- 3 tbsp. of sugar
- Place the milk in a pot and reserve.
- Cut the butter into chunks and add it to the milk. Heat over low heat so that the butter melts but be careful that the milk does not come to a boil.
- Once the butter is hot and melted, pour the mixture into a blender and beat for a minute at maximum speed.
- The mixture should acquire a foamy texture. If so, take another container and place in the refrigerator for at least six hours. If possible, leave it overnight.
- Remove from the refrigerator and add the sugar. Beat very well until the mixture is consistent and the elements are perfectly integrated.
- Once the consistency is ready, you can use the heavy cream in your recipes.
