  • 1 kg of cassava
  • 1 l of water
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Dressing of your choice


  1. Cut the yuca into small rectangular pieces.
  2. Boil in a liter of water for half an hour or until soft. Remove from the heat and let it cool to drain all the water.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the yuca pieces for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Remove and drain the oil on a wire rack.
