Tips for cleaning a very sticky pan

There are days when we are even afraid to use the frying pan in the kitchen, because it is one of those utensils that costs a lot to wash and remove the remains of burned food. And carve it, it’s crazy! Well, the Teflon wears out.

With salt

Salt is your best ally. Heat it with a large amount of it until golden brown. Clean with absorbent paper and voila, wash it as usual. You will be surprised how easy it is to get dirty!

Clean your skillet with white vinegar and baking soda

These, together, can easily loosen clinging residue on pans leaving the surface clean and shiny.

First, pour white vinegar over the burned surface. Add a little in water and bring to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat and add the baking soda. Its effervescent effect will make the dirt peel off. Rub with a sponge and discard the burned debris.

Baking soda and lemon

Yes, as you will see, bicarbonate is a great ally for pans and other kitchen utensils.

Distribute a little bit of bicarbonate of soda on the Teflon, take half a lemon and rub it all over the surface. Scrub for a few minutes until the pan takes its original appearance.

With cola

Add a cup of cola to the pan and simmer for 40 minutes to an hour. After time, remove from heat and rub with a sponge on the burned part until it is eliminated.
