In a bowl we put all the ingredients described, including soluble coffee. We mix very well with the blender, if it is of rods much better. Soluble coffee sometimes or dissolves well, so let the dough rest for 5 minutes and beat again, until it is homogeneous. Let the dough rest again for 10 minutes and if it can be cold, better. Put the oven to heat to 180ºC and put inside a container, suitable for the oven, with water that will add moisture to the cake.
While, prepare the mold. You already know that I use release spray because it is what gives me the best result, but you can line it or put butter or sunflower oil well distributed throughout the mold.
Then, fill the mold with the rested dough and bake for 40-45 minutes at 180ºC. I to avoid the “big muffin”; and above all that it burns, I bake it covered with aluminum foil, but everyone knows their oven.
