In a bowl we add the milk, the sugar, the egg, the soft but not melted butter, the flour, the yeast and two quarters of one of the apples. We blend everything with a hand mixer. On the other hand, we peel and cut the apples into slices as if they were potatoes for an omelette. We add the apples to the dough, stir and pour everything into the mold.
We preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a round mold about 24 centimeters in diameter with a little butter or margarine. We add the dough and bake for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, we heat the jam, water and sugar. As soon as the cake comes out of the oven, pour the glaze over it so that the cake absorbs it.
