INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch baby carrots
  • 6 tbsp. of butter
  • 1 apple into thin wedges
  • 1 ½ cup cooked Brussels sprouts
  • 4 pieces of pork chop with bone
  • 1 cup cherries tomatoes
  • 3 sprigs of rosemary
  • 1 cup of white wine

  1. In a large skillet over high heat, seal the pork chops with half the butter, turn and add the rest of the ingredients, cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
