  • 2 avocados
  • 1 serrano pepper, chopped
  • 2 lemons
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 500 g of pork leg
  • ½ cup of chopped lettuce
  • 1 tbsp. dried oregano
  • ½ red onion filleted
  • 4 tbsp. vinegar
  • 12 toasts

  1. Mix the avocado, lemons, coriander and serrano pepper; salt pepper.
  2. Mix the leg with the onion, oregano and vinegar.
