We preheat the oven to 160 ºC. Lightly toast the walnuts for about 10 minutes very careful that they do not burn. When they are cold we divide them into two parts, one we grind with a food processor and the other half we chop with a knife.

We are taking pieces of dough the size of a walnut and we shape them into a ball, we are depositing them a little spaced on a baking sheet with a baking paper on top.
