We remove the green leaves and the white part that the strawberries may have and place them in the glass of the blender or robot. We cut the avocado in half and separate the two halves. With the help of a spoon we remove the meat and add it. We incorporate the rest of the ingredients except the milk. We grind to medium-high speed for a couple of minutes or until we get a homogeneous mixture. Add the milk, little by little and without stopping to beat, until the desired thickness is achieved.   • Ingredients. 210 ml of tomato juice, 70 ml of vodka, 2 drops of Tabasco, Perrins sauce, 15 ml of lemon juice, black pepper, celery salt or normal salt, 1 branch of celery, ice cubes.
  • Elaboration. In a shaker or large glass, mix the Tabasco with a touch of Perrins sauce to taste, the lemon juice and two strokes of freshly ground black pepper. Add a few large ice cubes and shake well to cool. Add the vodka, a pinch of celery salt or normal salt, and the tomato juice. Shake well. Aerate if desired by throwing the cocktail from the shaker into the glass, two or three times. Serve with the celery stick.
