We started making the mayonnaise sauce with the help of the blender. We put an egg, a pinch of salt and 200 ml of sunflower oil. We start to stir and keep the blades of the mixer down until the sauce begins to emulsify. Then we go up little by little until we have our mayonnaise or mayonnaise sauce ready.
Once we have the mayonnaise ready, we transfer it to a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. When adding the juices, we are beating with the rods to prevent it from cutting.
That is why it is important that the mayonnaise from which we start is very thick. Later we add the ketchup and brandy and we mix everything well until we obtain a pink sauce of our liking. For this we can use more or less ketchup, brandy or juices, until we adjust it to our preferences.
Once you have your perfect formula, write it down to always have it at hand and that it always turns out the same, -or leave it noted in the comments-. When you have the pink sauce ready, you keep it cold in the fridge until you are going to use it.
