We peel the potatoes and cut them into slices about two centimeters thick. We put them in a large saucepan with cold water and a little salt and bring to a boil to cook them. As soon as the water boils, they will be ready in about 15 or 20 minutes., depending on the size. About five minutes before finishing cooking the potatoes, add the cod slices to the water and cook.

If the slices are very thick, we will put them in the water a little before. While the whole is being made, heat a little olive oil in a deep frying pan. Brown the sliced ​​garlic cloves and add the paprika, stir and remove from the heat.

Add a little water from the cod cooking and reserve. We drain the potatoes and the cod. We place on a tray with the potatoes as a base and We water with the refrito that we have made of paprika and garlic. We serve immediately.
