Chicken Wings News Live to the Palate
This recipe for crispy chicken wings is a delight. I couldn’t start this post any other way, they really are a delight!
It has been a long time since I made a recipe for chicken wings, and when I made them I used to make them with garlic, which are also delicious. But today it was time to make them in this original and tasty way.
Ingredients for 4 people.
We will need 12 chicken wings, 1 egg, 125 ml of milk, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 teaspoon of sweet or hot paprika, salt and pepper, 250 grams of breadcrumbs and 55 grams of butter.
First we will preheat the oven, yes, they go to the oven! Cut the wings into 3 pieces and discard the tip part. Beat the egg with the milk on a flat plate. Mix the flour, paprika, salt and pepper in another full plate, and put the breadcrumbs in another.
We pass the chicken, with salt and pepper, through the flour, then through the egg and finally through the breadcrumbs, pressing hard so that it is well breaded.
In a baking dish large enough to fit the chicken cut into a single layer. Put the butter in it and melt it in the preheated oven. Put the chicken with the skin face up in the pan and grill for 10 minutes. Turn over and continue cooking 10 more minutes or until tender and release some liquid when pierced.
The step by step in photos.

Remove the crispy chicken wings from the oven and place them on a tray. We can put some ramiquins with sauces to our liking to accompany. You will see that they are a delight for everyone.
