  • 1 kg of well cooked and hot chambray potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup McCormick BBQ Mayonnaise Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh chipotle (2 pieces)


  • Chives, chopped to taste
  • Parmesan cheese to taste
  • McCormick BBQ Mayonnaise Dressing to taste


  1. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix very well and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 200ºC for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Serve as a snack or garnish sprinkled with chives, Parmesan cheese and as a dip, McCormick BBQ Mayonnaise Dressing.
