Carrot pancakes recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 grated carrots
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 4 tbsp. of butter
  • 1 cream cheese bar
  • ½ cup of flour
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp. wasabi
  • 1 lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Sauté the carrot and onion with the butter, when they begin to brown add the cream cheese and let it cool completely, salt and pepper.
  2. Form pancakes with the mixture, pass through flour and brown in a pan over medium heat with the olive oil.
  3. Divide the mayonnaise into two equal parts and add the sriracha to one and the wasabi to the other, add a little lemon and salt and pepper. Serve with the pancakes.
