Pickles are one of those things that when I go to a fast food burger joint, I remove it. They kill the taste of anything, don’t you think? The fact is that looking at some of the hamburgers on the blog Depth.net I found one pickle sauce for burgers which looked very good. Although as it was only mentioned I have invented the amounts to make it.
Ingredients for 4 people
- For the hamburgers, 600 g of good ground beef, 4 hamburger buns, 4 slices of cheese that melts well, lettuce and poached onion.
- For the pickle sauce, 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of ketchup, 1/2 tablespoon of English mustard and 50 g of chopped pickled gherkins.
How to Make Pickle Sauce Burgers
We do the pickle sauce first and reserve it cold. Chop the pickles, and mix with the mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard. We test and rectify an ingredient as we like best.
The next thing will be to do the hamburger meat. We season the meat and form the hamburgers. I don’t like to add anything but salt and pepper.
We toast the bread and we make the hamburgers to the point that we want. Turning it over, add the cheese and mount the hmaburger when they are finished.

We carry the pickle sauce to the table with the burgers so that each one is served to taste. I like it slightly spicy thanks to the mustard. In this way, the pickles gain prominence and do not steal it from the hamburger.
