One of the simplest ingredients to cook obtaining a delicious result is chicken. Today we did not really want to mess in the kitchen, so we prepared some baked spiced chicken thighs, a simple dish that fully satisfies the palate.
8 chicken thighs (two per person), 4 cloves of garlic, Nomu African (mix of spices, failing that make a mix of spices with cumin, coriander, pepper, chili, ajowan seeds, parsley, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, turmeric, mustard, onion, ginger, garlic, cardamom and a pinch of salt), a glass of Gran Chef wine, 4 medium potatoes, olive oil and salt.

Remove the skin from the chicken thighs, salt them and brush them with the spice mixture. In a baking dish greased with olive oil, place the chicken thighs, pour over the glass of wine and with another drizzle of oil.
Preheat the oven to 200º C and once it has the right temperature, place the tray in the oven and maintain a temperature of 180º C. After about 10 minutes, turn the chicken thighs over, and for the next 30 minutes, water the meat from time to time. from time to time with the cooking broth.
When the chicken is almost done, peel the potatoes and dice them. Fry them in a pan with plenty of oil and remove them when they are golden brown. Season them to taste. Put the oven on the grill position and let the chicken brown for a few minutes.
Arrange the serving plates and serve two chicken thighs accompanied by French fries.
