Baked portobellos recipe

  • Preparation time: 40 minutes

  • ½ cup of grated feta cheese
  • 10 portobello mushrooms
  • ½ cup parsley leaves
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ cup olive oil

  1. Mix the mushrooms in a tray with olive oil, garlic, parsley and salt and pepper.
  2. Bake the mushrooms at 200º C for 30 minutes and correct the seasoning. Finish with feta cheese.
