To start we are going to put boil chicken breasts in a pot of salted water for about 25 minutes. When they are ready we will unravel them and reserve them. Now we are going to chop the onion, devein the pepper to also cut it into cubes. First fry the onion for a couple of minutes, add the pepper and shredded chicken. Season with salt and pepper, stir and leave on low heat for about 10 minutes.
We fry each tortilla in a pan with a little oil and place a first level of tortillas in a baking dish. We pour a part of the chicken mixture, a little green sauce and cheese. Cover with more tortillas and repeat the process again until all the ingredients are finished. Bake, at 180ºC, for about 20 minutes.
