Chicken stuffed avocado recipe

  • Preparation time: 30 minutes

  • 4 avocados, halved
  • ½ chicken breast
  • ¼ onion
  • 1 sprig of coriander
  • ½ cup of half cream
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 pickles, sliced

  1. First, boil the breast in hot water with salt, coriander and onion. Cook for 10 minutes, cool and unravel.
  2. Mix the breast with the mayonnaise, pickles and cream. Finally, serve in avocados and salt and pepper.
