This mask is made to be used three times a week for a month, and afterwards, it should only be used once a week, as its results begin to be immediate.

Ingredients

  • The pulp of 1 banana (or also the peel)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2.5 ml of lemon juice,

Process

  1. You must mix them very well, crushing the banana and stirring.
  2. Apply it on a clean face and let it act for 15 minutes, remove with warm water; preferably use it at night, since, due to the lemon, you cannot expose yourself to the sun after using it, in addition, you must use sunscreen.

  • Natural yogurt

Process

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 glass of water
  • 20 gr of neutral gelatin

Process
