How to choose fresh corn

Different ways of cooking corn
- Roasts Choose ears whose stems are intact, soak them in enough water for 15 minutes, and then shake them to remove excess water. Open the leaves without completely separating them from the stem, varnish the grains with melted butter and return the leaves to their place; put them on the grill over medium heat.
- Baked. Follow the same procedure above to prepare the ears; put them in a lightly greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.

- In the pressure cooker. Without the leaves, put them on the rack and cover with enough water, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon powder and cook 30 minutes after the steam escapes.
How to get juicier corn
