2. The curse of Tutancamembert
Ingredients for a cheese: 1 camembert cheese, 1 sheet of breeze dough, 5 prunes, 1 grape, 1 dried cranberry, 1 egg.
Elaboration: First, cut the cheese crosswise into two equal halves. Place the prunes, pitted, covering an entire half, and close the cheese again. Now proceed to make the mummy’s eyes. We have used a grape, from which we have cut two discs, emptied inside, where we have placed half a dried cranberry. The important thing is to use any combination of pupil and iris, preferably with fruit, but this combination works wonderfully. Once the eyes are in place, arrange the breeze dough and cut straight strips of approximately one centimeter, which will be the bandages for our mummy. One by one, wrapping the cheese, covering only the eyes slightly, to give the figure more realism. Once placed, with the help of a kitchen brush, paint them with beaten egg. At this point you have two options: you can place the cheese in a small casserole (like the one usually used to make provolone in the oven), so that the cheese does not spill. But if you place the cheese directly on greaseproof paper, the overflowing cheese will be crispy and visually appealing. Be that as it may, bake the cheese for 15-20 minutes, until well browned. Serve immediately.

4. Halloween pumpkin quesadillas with guacamole
Ingredients for 2 people: 4 flour tortillas, grated cheddar cheese, extra virgin olive oil to grease the pan, homemade guacamole to serve.
Elaboration: Mark the eyes, nose and mouth with a sharp-pointed knife on a board and cut along the carefully marked line. Remove the trimmings (they can be used to make fried or baked chips) and repeat with another tortilla. Preheat the oven to a minimum temperature. Top with a generous layer of shredded cheddar cheese over two untrimmed tortillas, leaving a bit of free space around the edges. Arrange the cut faces on top, pressing gently. Lightly grease a skillet or non-stick griddle and cook the quesadillas one by one, over medium heat, pressing a little with a spatula until the cheese melts and forms a homogeneous layer. Reserve the first quesadilla in the hot oven so that it does not get cold while the other is being made, or repeat the process with as many units as you like. Serve with guacamole.

Ingredients for 4 people: 2 avocados, 1 tomato, 100 g of red onion, 1 jalapeño pepper, 10 fresh coriander leaves, 1 lime, lemon, salt, cheese, black olives, red pepper, finely grated carrot, fried corn nachos blue or purple.
Preparation: We can make our favorite guacamole recipe, try this one with a more original point or prepare it in a moment with the amounts indicated. Open the avocados in half, being careful not to break them, remove the bones and gently remove all the pulp, leaving the skins very clean. Wet with the juice of half a lemon to prevent them from drying out and reserve. Sprinkle the pulp with the juice of half a lime. Peel the tomato, open and extract the seeds. Finely chop the onion with the jalapeño and tomato and mix with the avocado. Add the finely chopped coriander and a little salt. Crush everything or grind, since in this case we are interested in a finer and more homogeneous texture. Fill the avocado skins and add a few more drops of lemon on top. Proceed to assemble the little monsters playing with the corn nachos, grated carrots for hair, bits of cheese and black olives as eyes and noses, etc.

12. Cheese witch brooms
Ingredients for 12 units: String cheese in bars, mozzarella sticks or other soft cheese, salty appetizer sticks and fresh chives.
Elaboration: Wash and dry the chives well, gently. Select the freshest, most flexible and damage-free pieces. Also select the sticks that remain whole and have not been broken in the bag. Cut each cylinder or stick of cheese into 2-3 pieces, about 4-5 cm long. With a sharp, fine-pointed knife, make several longitudinal cuts in one of the bases of each cylinder, without going all the way to the other end. Cut as many times as possible to remove the “bristles” from the broom. Make a small cut in the upper end to insert a salty stick, gently so as not to break it. Tie a chives around the broom, cutting off any excess ends. Repeat with the rest of the cheese.
